1、Product description:

Epoxy-terminated polybutadiene is a new type of liquid telechelic polymer with epoxy group at the end of the macromolecular chain. ETPB has a relatively strong polarity, and the epoxy group is more active, which is easy to react with a variety of groups. Therefore, the product can be cured by non-isocyanate curing agents such as amides, anhydrides, and imidazoles. It not only has excellent flexible structure and performance, but also is effective. It solves the influence of moisture during curing of HTPB, and it is easy to achieve curing at room temperature and reduce the energy consumption of the curing process. The elastomer cured by ETPB has excellent strength, adhesion, tensile strength and elongation at break. The surface tension is reduced, which can endow the slurry with better fluidity and mechanical properties.

Application：The cured epoxy-terminated polybutadiene has excellent physical and chemical properties, excellent adhesion to metals and various non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, and small shrinkage, and can be used to modificate thermosetting resins such as epoxy resins; it is also used for non-isocyanate system of aerospace research, which has the advantages of high mechanical properties and heat resistance.

4. Packaging: Packed in 1-20kg metal or plastic drum with good airtightness.

5. Storage: Stored at cool and ventilate with container sealed with Nitrogen. Temperature range: -20～38℃. Shelf life: 3 months. After the storage period expires, the samples should be re-sampled and re-inspected according to the technical specifications in Part 2, and they can still be used after passing the test.

6. Transportation: Avoid rain, humidity, and sun exposure. Don’t mix transport with strong oxidizer.
