1、Product description:

Epoxidized hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber introduces epoxy groups into the main chain of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), which can effectively improve molecular polarity and reactive functional groups. The epoxy group in the molecule can undergo cross-linking reactions with various types of curing agents to form high polymers with three-dimensional network structures. The cured epoxy high polymer has good physical and chemical properties, excellent adhesion to metals and various non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, low shrinkage rate, high hardness, stability to alkali and most solvents, and can greatly improve the mechanical properties, bonding strength, and heat resistance of polyurethane materials.

3. Application：It is mainly used in the preparation of special adhesives, sealants, coatings, and elastomers, and can also be used as a toughening agent for epoxy resins. It has broad application prospects in the fields of vehicle structural adhesives, electronic potting adhesives, and medical product packaging. This product is halogen-free.

4. Pack in 10L or 20L metal or plastic drums with good sealing properties. Packaging can be customized according to specific user requirements.

5. Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated and sealed place, with a storage temperature range of (-20~38) ℃. The storage period of this product is 12 months. After the expiration of the storage period, it should be resampled and retested according to the technical indicators requirements in Part 2 of this clause. If it is qualified, it can still be used.

6. Transportation: Avoid rain, humidity, and sun exposure. Don’t mix transport with strong oxidizer.
