1. Product Profile
Ammonium perchlorate (NH4ClO4) is white crystal, soluble in water and hygroscopic. It is strong oxidizers. When AP is mixed with reducing agent, organics, inflammable materials, such as, sulfur, phosphorus or metal powder, the mixture can caused the risk of burning or explosion. When it is contacted with strong acid, the mixture can also have the risk of explosion. AP is used for making explosives, fireworks, and as analytical reagents. Aluminum oxidation is initiated with metallic magnesium. Then cause the decomposition of ammonium perchlorate to produce a large amount of gas,

3. Application:
1) AP has been used as an oxidizer for fireworks, hail prevention, oxidizer, analytic agent, etching agent, etc;
2) Ingredient for modified AP for specific purpose.
3) It can also be used to produce borohydrides, reducer, drifting agent for wood and paper, foaming agent for plastics, boranes and other energetic fuels, etc.
4) AP is used in measurement of phosphor content and pharmaceutical industry, etc.

5. Storage: Stored at cool, dry and ventilate place. Forbid to heat and sun exposure. Shelf life: 60 months. After the shelf life expires, the samples should be re-sampled and re-inspected according to the technical specifications in Part 2, and they can still be used after passing the test.
6. Transportation: Avoid rain, moisture and sun exposure. Do not mix-transport with reducer.
